Celebrate Christmas African-style with AMREF

Join us on Tuesday 6th or Thursday 8th December at 7pm in St. Dunstan-in-the-West, Fleet Street, London, EC4 for a vibrant start to the holiday season.

Tickets are £20 (£5 for children)

Our Christmas Carol service will include African words and music, as well as an update on AMREF’s work throughout the past year from the deputy chair of AMREF’s International Board of Trustees Dr Noerine Kaleeba.

Inspirational African choir ACDarts will be performing, alongside AMREF’s maternal health ambassador Jumoké Fashola. After the service, the AMREF team will welcome you back to 'our place' for African Christmas hospitality (as well as mulled wine and mince pies!)

Don’t take our word for it – hear from some 2010 attendees:

“This was a calendar highlight and tremendous fun!  The usual traditional carols and readings were interspersed with a truly funky and unusual African vibe with the choir radiating high energy, vibrant colours and a selection of upbeat sounds.”  Sue Ricketts, Programme Co-ordinator, GSK Global Community Partnerships"

“I have just come back home from St Dunstan-in-The-West, and wanted to thank you and the rest of AMREF team for organising such an inspiring event! It was great start to Christmas season. I enjoyed it very much and thank you once again.” Magda Cymanek, audience member
