Enjoy a superb scenic half marathon route and help raise money for AMREF on World Water Day. Starting and finishing at beautiful Bisham Abbey and following the Thames between Marlow & Henley before looping back through beautiful countryside. The race has fantastic facilities and a stunning spectator-friendly start/finish by the river – it promises to become a favourite.

To help our runners get ready for race day we have prepared some bespoke training plans. The schedules we have prepared for you have been split into 4 time bands and run for 12 weeks from 29th Dec through to race day on March 22nd.
